  Preference for two Balinese therapists for the Beskidy project

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Massage Therapists to join a premium hospitality and wellness environment. The role requires a strong understanding of holistic therapies and the ability to deliver high-quality massage services aligned with international spa standards.

Scope of Services

• Balinese Massage

• Thai Massage

• Thai Oil Massage

• Reflexology

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage and wellness treatments to guests

• Ensure guest comfort and high satisfaction levels

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times

• Assess client needs and adapt treatments accordingly

• Follow spa service protocols and quality guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates preferred

• Proven experience in massage therapy (Balinese / Thai techniques preferred)

• Professional certification or formal training in massage therapies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset

• Ability to work in a hotel or spa environment

Salary & Benefits

• Net Salary: PLN 3,605 – 4,500 (based on experience and performance)

• Employer-provided accommodation (apartment located outside the hotel)

Future Opportunities

Additional positions will be available for a new wellness project in the Beskidy Mountains starting 2027 onwards, with a preference for two Balinese therapists.
