Warehouse Worker (E-commerce Sector)

About the Role

We are hiring Warehouse Workers for a large-scale e-commerce logistics facility in Szczecin. This position involves handling goods, preparing orders, and working with modern warehouse systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Storage, loading, and unloading of goods

• Picking and packing orders accurately

• Preparing shipments using handheld scanners

• Following safety and quality standards

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse

Work Schedule

• 4 working days per week / 3 days off

• 10-hour shifts (day & night rotation)

• Overtime paid according to Polish labour law

Salary & Benefits

• 33.92 PLN/hour (gross)

• Approx. 4,215 PLN net/month

• +20% allowance for night shifts

Candidate Requirements

• Physically fit (standing and walking work involved)

• Willing to work both day and night shifts

• Basic to medium English for workplace communication
