Job Responsibilities

• Construction of interior and exterior walls

• Installation of metal-framed interior walls (drywall/gypsum work)

• General carpentry tasks as required on construction sites

• Working on large construction projects as part of a professional team

What We Offer

• Salary:

  • From 250 NOK/hour

  • Certified builders: 264.32 NOK/hour

• Accommodation allowance: 20 NOK/hour

  • Total earning potential: up to 284.32 NOK/hour

• Holiday pay: 10.2%

• Performance bonus through our internal bonus system

• Training stipend:

  • 10.3 NOK/hour for builders without certification who complete training and pass the exam

• Work rotation: 6 weeks working / 2 weeks off

• Travel compensation: Employer covers the first trip to Norway

• Salary payments: Paid twice a month, always on time

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in metal-framed interior walls (drywall work)

• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and accurately

• Willingness to perform other carpentry tasks when required

• Experience on large construction sites is an advantage

• Strong teamwork mindset and motivation to grow with the company

• Ability to communicate in English
