About the Role

We are hiring Production Workers for a leading global manufacturer in the automotive sector. This role is suitable for candidates with no prior experience, offering stable income, structured shifts, and the opportunity for long-term employment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assembly and connection of automotive parts

  • Supporting and maintaining production line operations

  • Quality control and inspection of components

  • Packaging of finished parts according to standards


Work Schedule

  • 3-shift system:

    • Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00

    • Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00

    • Shift 3: 22:00 – 06:00

  • Weekends off

  • Overtime available as per Polish labour law


Salary & Compensation

  • Monthly salary: 4,670 PLN gross

  • Approx. net salary: 3,500 PLN per month

  • Performance bonus: Up to 10% (up to approx. 3,800 PLN net/month)

  • Overtime paid according to legal regulations


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years

  • Physically fit (standing and walking work)

  • Willingness to work day and night shifts

  • Medium-level English for workplace communication

  • Good manual skills and attention to detail

  • Safety-conscious and reliable

About the Role

Scope of Services

  • Balinese Massage

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional massage and wellness treatments to guests
